  • 1. What's your return policy?

    Your happiness is our top priority. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please feel free to return it.

    • Within 10 days of your delivery date, return to us for a full refund of your purchase price. The item must be unaltered and undamaged to be eligible for this refund.
    • Within 30 days of your delivery date, return to us for a credit of your purchase amount. The item must be unaltered and undamaged to be eligible for this credit.
    • No returns will be accepted after 30 days from your delivery date.

    Please note that you must call and receive a Return Authorization code before returning any online purchase. Anytime you return an item you purchased online, you must have a Return Authorization code.

  • 2. How will my purchase be packaged? And can I have it gift wrapped and get a gift receipt?

    All Zina jewelry will come with our signature Zina pouch.

    You may indicate any gift items in the Notes box of the checkout screen. Please tell us which items are gifts so that we may wrap them. Additionally, we will include gift receipts for these items. We will only wrap and include gift receipts for the items you identify as gifts.

    The beneficiary of a ZinaBeverlyHills.com gift has the option of exchanging it for other Zina merchandise within 30 days of the delivery date. Please note that an exchange is only possible when the merchandise is accompanied by a gift receipt or the original invoice. For more information, please see our Policies.

  • 3. If I see something I want online, can I purchase it at the Zina retail store in Beverly Hills?

    The short answer is MAYBE - Many of the items featured on our website are made to order and may or may not be out on our sales floor.  If you choose the 'pick up in store' shipping option, we will notify you when your jewelry is ready for pickup, or you may call us to check availability at any time.

  • 4. Will I pay sales tax if I ship within the U.S.?

    We will collect 9% sales tax on any items shipped to addresses within the state of California
    For items shipped to any U.S. address outside California, we will not collect sales tax.

  • 5. How do I clean my Zina Sterling Silver?

    Sterling Silver jewelry tarnishes over time. This is a natural reaction that occurs between silver and oxygen and is no cause for concern.
    In fact, some people actually prefer the gentle patina the accumulates over time.
    There are many methods to cleaning your jewelry, Here are some tips for removing tarnish:

    Zina recommends keeping a silver polishing cloth on hand for easy touch-ups. These cloths are treated with a tarnish remover, and a quick buff with the cloth will restore your jewelry’s shine.

    You may also gently wash your sterling jewelry with diluted dishwashing liquid. Rinse thoroughly and polish with a soft cloth. In order to prevent water stains, you should dry your jewelry thoroughly before you store it.  Always rinse your jewelry thoroughly after cleaning, and dry it with a soft cloth. 

    DO NOT use silver dips on any jewelry that is oxidized (intentionally blackened for the design) as this will remove the design accents.
     
    It is always recommended to wipe your jewelry after wearing it to remove any oils and residues from skin, makeup or sunscreen that you may be wearing.

  • 6. When I purchase something from Zina Beverly Hills, how quickly can I get it?

    Most of the merchandise you see online is in stock, and as long as we have your item in our inventory, we'll ship it within 1-5 business days. If the merchandise is not in stock, we will require a little more time to get it to you.

  • 7. What are my shipping options?

    You can choose UPS Ground, UPS 2nd Day, UPS 3 Day Select, or UPS Overnight. Please be aware that UPS Overnight provides delivery on the following business day. This means that if your order ships Overnight on a Friday, delivery is scheduled for Monday.

    When the item ships to you, you will receive an email with the tracking number.

  • 8. Can Zina Beverly Hills ship to a Canadian address?

    Yes, we are delighted to ship to our Canadian customers. If you enter a Canadian shipping address, you will receive a message that lets you know we will contact you to arrange shipping. Once we've processed your order, we will email you regarding shipping.

    Please be aware that once your package reaches Canadian Customs, you will be required to pay any applicable import duties on your purchase.

  • 9. Does Zina Ship Internationally?

    We are currently not set up via our website to accept international shipments.  However we would be delighted to make special arrangements.  Please contact us directly at estore@zinabeverlyhills.com
