Zina's Guarantee

We guarantee our merchandise for a period of one year from the date the item is shipped to you. If you experience any problems resulting from defects in the materials or workmanship during this time period, please send the item back to us. We will repair or replace it at no charge.

This warranty excludes problems resulting from abusive or excessive wear, customer negligence, or accidental damage.

If your merchandise is covered by the warranty and you wish to return it to us for repair or replacement, please follow the procedure below:

  1. Call us at 1.800.336.3822 ext17 or 310.286.2206 ext17 and ask for a Return Authorization Code. Please note that our customer service is available to answer calls between 9 AM and 5 PM Pacific, Monday thru Friday.
  2. Include this code in your package along with return shipping instructions. Please ship the merchandise in a box, not an envelope.
  3. Insure the package for your purchase amount. Please ask for the tracking number of your package so that you will know when we receive it.
  4. Mail the package to us at the following address:

Repairs

If you have an item of Zina merchandise that is no longer covered by our warranty but you would still like to have it repaired in our Beverly Hills facility, please contact us at 1.800.336.3822 ext17 or 310.286.2206 ext17. Please note that our customer service is available to answer calls between 9 AM and 5 PM Pacific, Monday thru Friday.

Straightforward Returns

Your happiness is our top priority. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please feel free to return it according to the following guidelines below. Also, please note that you must call and receive a Return Authorization code before returning any item you purchased online.

Within 10 days of your delivery date, return to us for a full refund. We will credit the full amount of your purchase, not including the shipping cost, within two business days of our receipt of the merchandise. In order to be eligible for this refund, the item must be unaltered and your package must be postmarked within 10 days of your original delivery date.

Within 30 days of your delivery date, return to us for a credit of your purchase amount, minus a 15% restocking fee. Please note that this credit will not include your shipping costs. We will credit your account within two business days of our receipt of the merchandise. In order to be eligible for this credit, the item must be unaltered and the package must be postmarked within 30 days of your original delivery date.

No returns will be accepted after 30 days from your delivery date.

If you received a gift item from ZinaBeverlyHills.com that you would like to exchange for different merchandise on the website, please see the information below:

You may exchange this merchandise within 30 days of your gift's delivery date. In order to exchange any gift you received from ZinaBeverlyHills.com, you must include the gift receipt or the original invoice. Also please include your email address in the package and follow the shipping instructions below:

  1. Please ship the merchandise in a box, not an envelope. You are responsible for the merchandise until it reaches our facility.
  2. Insure the package. Please ask for the tracking number of your package so that you will know when we receive it.

Please be aware that no exchanges will be accepted more than 30 days after your delivery date.

Please note that returns and exchanges are not available for engraved or personalized merchandise.

At Zina, your information is 100% private. Under no circumstances will we sell or share your personal information. We will not store your credit card number on our website or our internal servers.
